HDI V9000 VIRTUAL CHOKE CONSOLE SYSTEM

The HDI V9000 Virtual Choke Console System is, at its core, a virtual representation of HDI’s 9000 Choke Console System. It is has a HMI Interface and is PLC based. The HDI V9000 can not only monitor the HDI 9000 Choke Console System, it also has the capacity to control the HDI 9000 by pairing the V9000s electronic joysticks with the 9000s hydraulic master valves allows for local as well as remote choke operation.

The V9000 can be built on different console designs to client specification, preference, and space constraints. The V9000’s flexibility accommodates inputs other than those found on standard HDI 9000 Consoles such as HDI’s 2250 Gate Valve Monitoring System, HDI’s 3200 Mud Gas Separator Monitoring System, buffer pressure, riser pressure, sub-sea temperatures, miscellaneous pressures, etc. The System is also fully customizable for language packages (Russian, German, Portuguese, etc.) and the appearance can be matched for client specific specifications.
