As per our ISO Quality Management System procedures for equipment traceability and in-house verification, HDI serial numbers are required on all RMA forms for all HDI 2000B/P pressure gauge systems. For example:

1, HDI 2000B Standard Pressure Gauge System: 12345 H/T or 12345 H/ 23456 T (H stands for Gauge Head and T for Pressure Transducer)

2, HDI 2000B Master/Slave Combination Pressure Gauge System: 12345 H/S/T or 12345 M/34567 S/ 23456 T (M stands for Gauge Head, S stands for Slave Gauge Head and T for Pressure Transducer)

IMPORTANT NOTE: If there are any fields other than HDI serial numbers, which are unknown while filling in the online form, please enter “N/A” which refers to Not Applicable. Once the RMA form is filled out, an email with RMA# will be sent to the email address entered on the online form.

Please place a copy of your RMA along with your equipment. We recommend writing your RMA number on your return box to decrease repair and processing time.

    HDI’s standard inspection fee is $150.00 per gauge. All other additional repair costs will be included in the final quote after receiving and inspecting the gauge here at HDI Houston.

    I understand that for HDI to calibrate the 1000B/2000B Pressure Gauge Systems, HDI must receive the following components of each system: 1000B/2000B Gauge Display(s) (Master and Slave Displays when using a Master/Slave System) and Pressure Transducer (Sensor)

    Each product or part returned to HDI which is under warranty (less than 1 year from the original order date of delivery) will be inspected, repaired, and shipped back to the customer at HDI’s return freight forwarding expense.
